For more than a dozen years, Brett Eastman has been building small group ministries at Willow Creek Community Church, Saddleback Church, and other churches, like the Crystal Cathedral in Southern California and the Community Church of Joy in Glendale, Arizona. The passion that drove him to help place more than 50,000 people with the help of more than 5,000 leaders in healthy, growing small groups is now compelling him to reach out to churches of all sizes, stages, and denominational backgrounds. The response has been astonishing.
