Here are 10 new things that we’re doing with all of the new churches we are working with these days:

1) More and better alignment and life transformation

We are introducing how to bring more and better alignment and life transformation between the weekend teaching ministry and the mid-week small group gatherings by producing a video-based curriculum (and not just print discussion questions) to launch new groups and provide content for the existing group.

2) More and better ways to leverage the senior pastor

We are introducing to churches more and better ways to leverage the senior pastor’s life and leadership by producing video-based curriculum and resources that align with the weekend teaching that are guaranteed to catalyze 75-125% of your weekend attendance into groups.

3) The G.R.O.W. strategy

We are introducing the new G.R.O.W. strategy that exponentially multiplies the “host strategy” that I introduced at Saddleback ten years ago. This strategy helps to recruit, train, and develop 20% of your adult attendance to gather a few friends and start a new group.

4) Systematic catalyzation of disciple-making

We are introducing how to help churches learn how to motivate and mobilize 95% of the congregation to not just “be disciples” but learn how to “make a disciple” by systematically catalyzing disciple-making relationships with 20-30% of your weekend attenders.

5) Power of a circle of friends

We are introducing strategies on how to help churches discover the power of a circle of friends and not just connect the congregation into community but reach the community through community. The future is about leveraging groups for assimilation, service, and even evangelism in the next generation.

6) Conversation service

We are introducing a new weekend service format called the “Conversation Service” that is far more energizing, entertaining, and effective at reaching people for Christ.

7) Conversation edition of any series

Additionally, we are introducing strategies on how to exponentially multiply the level of life transformation and application from your weekend teaching by producing a “conversation edition” series studied by all the new and existing groups.

8) Video curriculum series off the weekend sermon 52 weeks a year

We are introducing strategies to produce a video curriculum series based on the weekend sermon that will help launch new groups off of any given Sunday and provide content for the existing groups to study 52 weeks a year. This is a new strategy beyond the major campaign or semester system and will target connecting people within weeks of them attending their first service.

9) Microsite strategy

We are introducing a new small group venue (10-100 people) microsite strategy that is 100% driven and volunteer led in a living room setting. This strategy allows for churches to launch ten times the number of multi-site campuses by introducing a small venue/small group campus that is 100% video-driven and volunteer led. It is a fraction of the time and cost of what it takes to launch a traditional multi-site church campus.

10) Small venue video-driven mid-week worship experience

We are also introducing a small venue video-driven mid-week worship experience produced by the worship team in your local church that is sure to transform small groups, multi-site ministry into microsite strategy, and exponentially multiply church planting like never before.

Want to know how you can implement some of these strategies in your church?  Ask us how!
