I’m excited to introduce our new training material – Lifetogether University!

This material provides critical coaching steps to build a healthy and successful small group ministry.  It’s designed to meet the needs of all small group leadership – from a Pastor leading a movement in the church to the small group leader leading a movement in the living room!

All 3 of our training publications come with a workbook, dvd, and audio cd's.  They can be used as a self study or taught in a group setting.  All of the teaching is inspired by our most recent learnings in the field coaching and consulting with over 1,000 churches helping them to build healthy small group ministries.

“Creating a Healthy Small Group”

This innovative new DVD and small group leader/host training guide are designed for new and existing hosts/leaders during a small group campaign.  This HOST training is one of its kind.

It’s difficult to make arrangements to come back to the campus for basic or on-going training.  This is exactly the reason for the Lifetogether Host Training Series on DVD.  The Doing Lifetogether Teaching DVD curriculum series provides a “just in time” training system for small group hosts/leaders in addition to timeless principles for group leadership..

Hosting Lifetogether Training Series includes six video on DVD teaching sessions (15 minutes per session) along with six companion workbook sessions.

Session 1:  Create Your Own Community

Session 2:  Connect your group with one another

Session 3:  Cultivate your spiritual journey

Session 4:  Champion your gifts together

Session 5:  Coach your group to shepherd another

Session 6:  Celebrate their life together as worship

The material can be taught on a Saturday morning 8:30 AM-12:30 PM or Sunday afternoon 3:00-7:00 PM format.  It can also be taught during two evening sessions or in a 3-4 week Sunday school session.  Ultimately it could be taught in a home, either with the help of a coach or in a self study.

This new series works in conjunction with Coaching Lifetogether for small group coaches and community leaders and Building Lifetogether for Pastors/Church Leaders.
